Shipping policy

We make each ornament in up to 5 days.

On a pet ornament, we may email you a proof before we cut. We do that for a long name, or if we have a question about the design. The up to 5 days to make start when you approve it.

Standard shipping is free. You can pick faster shipping at checkout. How fast your order reaches you depends on the shipping you pick.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
