How long does it take?

We make each ornament in up to 5 days. Standard shipping is free. You can pick faster shipping at checkout. How fast your order reaches you depends on the shipping you pick.

What can I have engraved on a pet ornament?

Each pet ornament's page shows the boxes it takes and what we engrave. Most take your pet's name and a year.

Will I see a proof first?

Usually not. On a pet ornament, we may email you a proof before we cut. We do that for a long name, or if we have a question about the design. The up to 5 days to make start when you approve it.

Will it look exactly like what I type?

Yes. We make it exactly as you type it, unless the font calls for something different. If we have a question about your order, we will email you. Please check your spelling before you add it to your cart.

What is the difference between Standard and Personalized?

This is for our military ornaments. Standard is the ornament with the current year, and you don't type anything. Personalized is anything else: a different year, or a base you type in yourself. It costs a little more because it is cut with the laser just for you.

My base is not on the list. Can I still get it?

Yes, on any aircraft ornament. Choose "Other base or deployed location" at the end of the base list. Then type in your base, overseas or deployed. It is made as a Personalized ornament.

Can I put a range of years on it?

No. Each ornament has room for one year, for example 1987.

Can I return my ornament?

These are custom orders, so no returns are accepted. We will make you a new one if there are workmanship issues or errors.

Where do you send orders?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
